Ingredients (for about 20 cupcakes):
- 200 g dark chocolate (min. 50% cocoa)
- 100 g butter
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 100 g butter biscuits (crushed into crumbs)
- 50 g hazelnuts or almonds (chopped)
- Paper cupcakes
- Garnishes to taste: shredded coconut, pearls, cocoa or chocolate shavings
Procedure:
- Melting chocolate and butter: Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. Stir until smooth and shiny.
- Add the cookies and nuts: Stir the powdered sugar, crushed cookies, and chopped nuts into the melted mixture. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Filling the cups: Using a spoon, fill the prepared paper cups with the mixture to the brim.
- Cooling: Place the cupcakes on a baking sheet and place in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours to allow the mixture to set.
- Decorating: Once set, decorate the cupcakes as desired – for example, with grated coconut, chocolate shavings or pearls.
